Christopher Gibbs

Christopher began his career in IP as a Search Examiner at the European Patent Office, working in the field of semiconductors. He then trained as a patent attorney with a leading UK firm.

Christopher’s practice includes drafting and prosecution of patent applications in the fields of electronics, engineering and software engineering. He also provides freedom to operate assessments and due diligence reports in these areas. He has particular experience in advanced micro-engineering, MEMS, microfluidic devices, topical drug applicators, satellite control systems, aero-engines and vehicle braking systems.

Christopher has experience working with a range of organisations including universities, start-up companies, SMEs and major corporates.
